i have set up the console in the shortcut but when i enter the game and press ` it doesnt work. I try to type the commands in but it just does the game hotkeys and when i am done and press enter it doesnt do anything, it's like the command doesnt work.

what exactly did you put on your shortcut? (r-click it, properties, then copy-paste the whole "target" text here)
