More perks: "Ability to focus" perk not working

When I sneak and hack a terminal and select "focus" NOTHING happens.

It just exits the selection screen.

I have the door buster perk (works only in sneak) and have no issues using it.

I have the 50 ap required too.

The heck is wrong? =\
