finish quest > lvl 21 > freezes > crashes
use console to change level > crash
use console to down level > crash

reloading a save game from before level 10 > can console to any level (weird)

only mod running is FWE (i turned them all off and on one at a time to figure it out)
i level up fine without FWE in, but i like FWE, and id like to find a fix

already reinstalled and just put FWE in, still crash, its just FWE not letting me level

Figured it out kinda,

Disabling "FO3 Wanderers Edition - DLC Anchorage.esp" allows me to level up, so its something wrong with this im just not sure how to fix it

first noticed effect of disabling that was Covert Ops perk was gone, not sure what else will have changed if i keep playing with that gone
