Yes. Many many many many many Dragon Age Origins have conflicts with one another. (A partial list of known conflicts can be seen by perusing Valerie1972's WIP Item Variation ID spreadsheet.) But absent the basic information required to troubleshoot your issue(s) - a list of the mods you've installed, the method(s) used to install them, whether you've successfully enabled the console - it is impossible to provide any assistance.
