If I remember correctly the pre211cr_flemeth.utc conflict is purely cosmetic - both mods try to give Flemeth different variations of clothing.
As for the dialogue fixes definitely keep the loghain_main.dlg/dlb from MRP.
Not sure about epi_loghain.dlg/dlb.

Duncan's Sword is completely invisible and I don't know why. It's tier 8, the icon shows up correctly, and I have Awakening in the OC installed so, what am I doing wrong?

Thanks vidalia, decided to keep MRPs files since that is likely the safest bet.

Right, I was already aware of this little oversight. It's on my list of things to fix, but with life™ getting in the way of things, I'm not sure when I'll finally get some time to prepare the next version.

Search your IA folder for "gen_im_wep_rng_lbw_fsn" and delete the found files.

Thanks. If you'd like to use the other mod's tints, you may delete the "Replacers" folder by following this directory path: ...\Improved Atmosphere\1. Global\1.3. Tints\".

Try searching your override for "kcc_im_wep_mel_lsw_dun". If more than one instance of the file is found (perhaps even outside the Improved Atmosphere folder), you can try deleting them and then check in game to see if that took care of the problem.

Those files wouldn't cause any major conflicts either way, as they both fix the same issues. I think my files (the loghain's dialog ones at least) are actually modified more extensively, but I'm without proper means to check this at the moment. Regardless, keeping IA's files and deleting MRP's or vice versa should cause no issues and little to no loss of features offered by either mod.

If I wanted to use "Mages of Ferelden" ropes rather than the what is in IA, would the following work?
"One quick-and-dirty way to do this is to make sure Mages of Ferelden loads first in order in the Override folder. Unzip the folder into Override and rename it to something like "Z Mages of Ferelden" (Override loads from Z to A). That should ensure IA can't interfere, without you having to go into the IA mod and delete the conflicting files yourself."
Thanks,
EBG
