In response to post #19695954. #19697574 is also a reply to the same post.

They appear to be compatible, but you'll want to load ETaC after this mod's files to avoid any nav breakage. It's also probably worth mentioning that FZGuildOutposts.esp and FZGuildOutpostsDLC02.esp contain ITM records which should be cleaned before using.

More importantly, FZGuildOutposts.esp contains a multitude of errors that are probably going to have to be resolved on the author's end including 4 delete navs:

<Warning: Plugin contains 4 deleted NavMeshes which can not be undeleted>

My personal suggestion would be to hold off on the FZGuildOutposts.esp until those problems are resolved (although to be honest I didn't really look at how they inner-relate close enough to know whether or not that particular file is integral to the others).

Or if you're comfortable with TES5Edit/CK you could deal with them yourself relatively quickly :) Just a headsup.

As always, Edeldios - You're a rockstar lol. Didn't bother to look beyond ETaC specific stuff and I honestly wouldn't know a Steam Workshop file if it walked up and smacked me in the face. THEY HAVE MODS ON THERE? Steam, ugh. Go figure.

So thank you very much for the above - Excellent advice on all of this.

I only downloaded those Steam Workshop files because they weren't on the Nexus. :( How do I run the ReProccer again? Also, I use BOSS and that's where the ReProccer.esp was placed. :/ I did everything that missjennabee posted. I don't see where you told me why not to use Steam Workshop files. I had everything enabled and working decently, but then I started randomly crashing in Ogmund's Tomb, I disabled ETaC and then it was working fine again. I don't get it...

That is a little strange. As far as getting mods off steam, downloading them there isn't as friendly to a modded skyrim as downloading from nexus and then using Nexus Mod Manager or Mod Organizer to put them into your game. Steam Workshop seems to be designed more for adding mods after you are finished with the game and want something else to do, and that way is fine. I'm not saying not to, it's just a pain to do it because you should reclean your updates and DLC stuff with TES5Edit every time. If you don't there is no guarantee bad things will happen, but there is a risk! I was simply trying to supply helpful hints to maximize your modded experience!

As far as BOSS goes, the program is outdated and the new version is called LOOT (Load Order Optimization Tool), same program, new name. Since they made a new program BOSS is no longer supported with load order information for the autosort option. So if you are still using BOSS, I would highly recommend swapping over to LOOT.

And Ogmunds Tomb, no idea why there would be random crashes with ETaC enabled. I don't see how there would be a conflict there, but again it could be fixed with load order.

What program are you using to manage your mods; Nexus Mod Manager, Mod Organizer, Wrye Bash or are you just direct installing them to your skyrim data folder without a manager program? This could make a bit of a difference as well.

Yeah, same on my end, tried it out with a few vanilla followers and a few custom followers. I only had a weird issue a couple times with a follower playing ping pong on the bridge walls on the way back from the college. But that only happened once out of the 10 followers I tried, and the problem didn't persist. I simply fast traveled to winterhold from winterhold and it corrected itself. So other than a little weird ping ponging my followers had no problem crossing the bridge. Sounds like a case of Bethesda witchcraft, results may vary lol!

As far as your steam files, once the mod actually gets downloaded from the workshop, you can go find the files from that mod and save them so you an then unsubscribe from the mod on the workshop and still have the relevent files that you need and then load them into your game like you would any other which solves the problems to do with auto updating etc.

That's an option too, just have them upload once, put em in zip files and use those for your manager. And I have played through the thirteen oranges quest mods myself. With the exception of sorcery, I thought they were a bit overrated personally. The other thing about them is they are a bit outdated (as in made before the last official skyrim patch) so that in itself could present some problems.

Since this is winterhold, there is a mod that you already have a patch for that comes with a player home; Expanded Winterhold Destruction Ruins. It's still a decent house, and then of course there is the archmages quarters just a short walk north...
