sounds interesting, can anyone tell me if this will be compatible/playable with the combat tweaks mod?

Considering they don't even change anything remotely similar at all, I imagine so.

I have tons of installed mods and i also have Combat Tweaks v26 working with this mod.
I have finished it. A small, yet very enjoyable addition to the game. My only critic is that dialogue choices are rather simple, but that`s pretty much standard for Dragon Age Origins.
(Oh how i wish to be able to say to templars/priests and all those fanatics and zealots of Ferelden that what is in game isn`t they petty goals or their faith, isn`t their objectives or their ways, what is in game is the very own survival of Ferelden, for which all must make sacrifices, and all must play their roles, no matter how harsh and chaotic they may be.)

Nice to see you here, Amstradhero! If this is anywhere near as good as your brilliant NWN2 module Fate of a City, then everyone should download this. Will definitely be downloading this early next month as my bandwidth is used up for this month. Thanks again!

Good little quest, very well put together and worth playing just to hear the voice actor's accents. :D

Well done.

I have given this file my endorsement.

Quest are interesting, with some choice-making to be made. As an elf, I'd really love an option to kill that investigator in the end and I'm a fairly good character ;)

There seem to be some path-finding issues in a few places, though it's basically a relatively large open area, characters keep moving in place with no obstacles to be seen. Otherwise, works like a charm.
The battle with those two Arcane Horrors and a bunch of other critters is near impossible on hard, at least when fairly well into the game. It took me forever to finally manage to beat them with only Alistair standing in the end. The battle with maleficar in Denerim from the original game is peanuts in comparison.

I hear that. I'm running through as a law-over-justice character (templars over mages, for example) and I still wanted to wreck him. "Knife ears", bah!

And the Arcane Horrors fight was nasty, yeah, but on Nightmare I actually found the fight with the smuggler the harder of the two. Go figure.

@foamyesque
I'd get over the knife ears with just a threat, it's when you report the real murderer to him that gets my blood pumping and I have only words DIE!!! in my mind, LOL
