I'm going to agree with several other comments - please, please, please provide a manual install. I ended up mixing up the files to my liking anyway, but it seemed a very unnecessary inconvenience.
So far, I am enjoying the changes you've made. Thank you.

Well guys he had to take down his last project, I can kinda understand why he choose this method. In addition, having to make all those folders can be time consuming. And I can relate, I've done that with my own mods. But still, I would still like the choice of manually choosing a face or not.

@OlG:
You need to install More Hairstyles by kzelsama for Morrigan v15 to work correctly. You can download that mod from here:

I was very happy to see that D.A.R. had been updated, but equally disappointed to find that the installation method has changed.
It's possible for the end user to work around the new installers, but I worry that the screenshots on here are not comprehensive, or not up-to-date...

Anyone know what the names of the *.mor files for the Guardian and the Chasind people are?

Ah thanks Daemon Prince, I was using an older version of More haircut + DontWorryBeHairy, I guess this is what may have caused some issues. Seems fixed with just latest version you pointed out.

I understand the reason for the new installer, but I would still like to chose the designs myself. At least a list about which design is part of which setting would be great.

When I saw the mod was back on the site and even updated I was thrilled, especially after taking a look at some of the new screenshots.
Then I saw the installer.
I loved and still use your FO3 mod. I loved the past iterations of your DA mod even if I disagreed with some of the changes, because it was easy to pick and choose what I wanted to use and what version (lore vs alternate vs prettified vs original design). Now it's not.
It's your mod and you are free to do whatever you'd like with it, but I can't help but be incredibly disappointed with this decision.

I vote for a manual installation and a new Alistair face!

Due to circumstances in the past, I no longer will offer a manual version.
There are several reasons and I will explain briefly.
The process is very, very time consuming.
To be honest, it takes me 20 minutes to make a better design.
But it takes me days or sometimes weeks to do the formatting. You're talking nearly 200+ characters and 3 versions for each.
The time spent traveling around Ferelden, taking snapshots, and matching each character design could be better spent on making better DESIGNS and improving on older designs.
In my opinion, The DESIGNS are what matter and they take precedence.
As an example, it took me 15 versions for Morrigan.
9 versions for Leliana.
6 versions for Sten.
8 versions for Zevran.
But when you look at all of the other NPCs, I didn't spend nearly as much time on them as I normally would because I was spending so much time archiving and making pictures.
With this new method, I can spend more time on the designs. So you may see an Isabella Version 15, a Rica Version 12, a Irving Version 10, etc. I can make changes all across the board and focus on that instead. I know I can do better and this new method allows me to reach my full potential.
In about a couple weeks, there will come a point where even "hardened veterans" will easily see that every character design in their override folder are inferior and irrelevant in comparison to the new versions offered in the installer.
My focus is to make the updates easy. And I want to focus on the core of the project, which is the designs. Since the design portion is the easiest part for me, you will start to see much more updates with even better designs as time goes on.
Any person can update this mod within seconds and get the latest versions. Installation is quick too. It only takes a minute.
I also chose this method to protect my work.
At least with this method, I can sleep better at night.
If it wasn't for this method, I would just be playing Mass Effect 2 and this project would never come back.
I was actually quite discouraged to see the negative comments as the new version (believe it or not) actually has much better designs all across the board compared to the older version. It did take a lot of time....
