So I decided to start playing Fallout 3 again on my older laptop, everything runs awesome and stuff but what I noticed is that when I look at the indoors light or into the smoke or any kind of effect like that, my fps drops a lot and if the room is filled with a fog it's insanely laggy. I downloaded some mods that increases your performance, but it still lags while looking into effects, so I wanted to turn them off or at least decrease them. I tried to look for a mod like that, but I couldn't find it, so I decided to post a topic here.
