Where to find the Primary Attribute (STR, DEX, CON..)

I have a question, how do i find and edit the effect (secondary attribute like physical resistance) of all the primary attribute (STR, DEX, WILLPWR etc)?

Thanks in advance to any1 who answered ^^. Just cant seem to find them.
