hi am new to here been leeching some mods for abt a day or two well here goes my question

1. how will i be able to make my own mod ?? (what program is needed)

2. are there any tutorial for newbies to make there own mod (i have look around the forum but can't find)

3. i dled a weap mod it keep popping out when i re-load the saves hw do i make it stop cuz i juz need 1 of it
