Okay, I'ma start working on a prototype while I wait to see what the texture ends up looking like. THis place is going to be arranged more like a dungeon (linear) than a house, correct?

HIt a snag.. I had an idea to make the center of the fortress (The final sanctum) to be like the globe in Sadrith Mora, but I cannot find any perfect spheres in Oblivion large enough for the purpose.

You need a perfect sphere model that's texture able? I'll make it in blender and export it as a piece of architecture

Do you use GIMP, ub3rman123?
I think I have a texture almost ready. If you use GIMP I can send it to you as a pattern file.

Yeah, I use it, to some extent. Little to no skill with it, but I have it.

Well, I'll just make it a .tiff file and you can convert it to whatever you need then.
How reddish is ebony, by the way, because I'm having real trouble getting a good balance.

Do you mean the wood, or the ES armor? 'Cause the armor's black and gold.Well, I'll just make it a .tiff file and you can convert it to whatever you need then.

Ebony? No red at all, just gold and a jet black.
I've completed a small, rough prototype of the style I want to use, and taken some screenshots. Now how do I put an image into a post?
