As for everyone else who is like me and dont understand how all this works, I found a easy solution to get OBGE looking more or less like those screenshots.
Setup your ShaderList.txt file how you want, here is mine:
"ssao_perf.fx
ColorEffects.fx
ColorMood.fx
DepthOfField.fx
AmbientDungeons.fx
timelygodraysv34.fx"
Then uncheck the OBGE Support Plugin! I dont know if this has any problems but I've discovered that it might be bugged, and its almost really for Advanced people who know what they are doing. I unchecked it (after setting up the txt file above) and my problems disappeared and Oblivion looks great almost like those screenshots. Unfortunatly only GodRays dont seem to work. Im not sure why, I have a Geforce GTX 275, so it should be supported. But oh well, maybe in the future.
