Yes i know it's fanning the hammer and not the trigger. I derped.

Just a random idea that popped in my head. I guess this would entail New Vegas as well. How about for revolvers, any revolvers, when in vats the player (or mysterious stranger) a fanning animation is set?
 
This would just mostly go under making it look more interesting, but perhaps it can be made into a perk for the player, when not zoomed in with a revolver the players rate of fire with all revolvers doubles. 
 
That's two ways to spin it, Maybe someone made this already for New Vegas? Either way, I know it's not that easy to incorporate somethin' like this, but I feel like it could get a good amount of attention if done.
