Beforehand, yes, I know about these mods:

The first one is the only one that works in fact (the other two override the current Imperial Temple District, so you can only use it with a save file that has completed the main quest--despite that, both contain glaring errors within them), however all it does is return the district to the way it was before (with the exception of keeping the temple in a separate cell). Essentially what I'm asking is: has no one seriously done a repairing the Imperial Temple District mod that at least makes the Temple of the One look prettier and, possibly, associate a quest in rebuilding efforts (such as Kvatch Rebuilt)? I mean, I am fine with Imperial City Temple Clean--at least it cleans the place up. But you still have this crumbled temple in the middle of a place where all of Tamriel was just saved--you'd think the people would be more grateful and rebuilt the temple or open it up as a monument of sorts.
