Ok, I want a straightforward answer... EXCATLY HOW do I rename my house? I went to the Imperial Commerce Office and talked to the lady but she didn't have any topics relating to renaming your house or anything. I don't know how to do it...

Also, in the deed to the house, it says you have to file forms with the Anvil Construction whatever as well...

I think you cant. It is simply something the npcs tells you to make the game seem more realistic. My bet would be changing the name directly in CS. Take 2 seconds.
