Unfortunately the answer is no. Both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 don't allow user made content. Sorry :(

as far as I know, the only thing that the gamedeck versions can do is go online to dl the DLC's :(

Well ... Bioware did mention something about mods on PS3, but I still have my doubts it will ever happen.
