WHY DOES IT KEEP CRASHING?

Ok i put the folders and everything into the Data folder and ran the launcher and check off the vector but when i click play FNV just crashes and says "FNV has stopped working" HELP ME PLS

use nv stutter remover, fnv 4gb, or make sure you have the file requirements
