Oh, I had another little feedback suggestion: Aaron is somewhat better off in terms of survivability against Freeside thugs compared to Bolas (mostly because of his better gun and higher skill, plus positioning with the other bodyguards near the gate), but I think the game would ultimately be better off if he wasn't essential. He probably won't even need a hitpoint boost. Quality of life thing, in case somebody decides to have NCR wipe out the Kings late in the storyline.

Random request idea: Down in the studio, the changing area is just a simple folding wall with an end table behind it. My thoughts are a few half-walls making a proper little changing closet, large enough for a nice chair and a dresser of some sort. Unscrupulous managers could then raid the dresser where the model stores her gear during the shoot. Change their outfit, give them an advertising t-shirt. Take their weapon and either make them leave unarmed or give them better firepower.

I thought about that way back in the Quo Vagis days, but if Brick found only Sexy Sleepwear in the dresser where she left Eugene and her armor, heads would roll So, I ended up putting the dresser outside the playable area.

However, I totally forgot about the souvenir t-shirts. Before the layout terminal had the "review film in the can" option, the t-shirts were a way to tell if somebody had already posed. Doh! I forgot about the "film in the can" option too! Well, that's two more for the list. Thanks for the reminder!

The "static" oven, no; it's actually a furniture object for NPC animations (whoever is bartending will occasionally stand there and cook). However, I can make the container oven dual purpose - activate it and you get a menu asking whether you want to cook something or open the oven. I didn't even know having the NCR exterminate the Kings was an option. I'll have to do something with Aaron in that case, although it may be a scripted event. I'm afraid if I make him non-essential and he gets killed by Fiends or thugs while making his rounds (he actually does run around Freeside and Outer Vegas to check on the posters every day), people who hired him will go ballistic.

This is playing merry hell with my tendency to be my own worst source of leaks... Oh, who am I kidding? I've decided to hold off implementing the holovid quest in the 1.X series so I can tie it in with what will be the main feature in 2.0 (MAJOR spoilers follow): a companion quest with a certain resurrected porno director who wants to assimilate into the 23rd century. It may or may not involve finding The Handler's former traveling companion (oft-mentioned but currently absent) and repairing certain equipment to re-enable the corporate network of a certain adult entertainment company, thereby facilitating not only a teleconference reunion of two very old friends, but access to the advice of a rather savvy CEO, an experimental cure for deLeon Syndrome, an official franchise license for Lolipopz Blue Diamond, and more.

Oh, okay. That always bugged me about Lolipopz DC - there was nowhere to cook with TTW installed! :v

As for Aaron and the storyline, I've never done it myself but I might as well do it to help test. From what I understand, after some dialogue with Col. Moore in Hoover, the player is automatically teleported to the Kings school and a squad of soldiers annihilate everyone in the building a la double-crossing the powder gangers and raiding the prison early in the story. I don't think they actually run around Freeside and gun down any of the Kings out there, so Aaron might be fine in that regard, but I don't know if the player is added to an 'enemy of the Kings' faction or anything. We'll see.

Walkthroughs & Hints file is under Miscellaneous in the Files tab, and it includes a ModelsList.ods spreadsheet. If you download with NMM, I think it extracts it to your game's data folder (typically something like C:\Program Files (x86)\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout New Vegas\Data). If you download manually you can extract the zip file wherever you want.
