WoW. This looks like a great mod. I look forward to trying it out.
I like the Ser Gilmore character, but I was kind of bummed by his (apparent) fate when I played a Human Noble.
I am also intrigued by the alternate ending you hint at since this was my biggest disappointment with DA:O. I had been contemplating another run through the game, so I'll have to try this mod out.
Hopefully, the mod will be compatible with the Skip-the-Fade mod, since the Fade and DA:O's grim ending choices have been my main reasons for my not wanting to play through the game another time.
But maybe you've fixed that! :-)

fallingangel89: Ahem. Please read the description... :-P I also recommend that you read the other links provided as well. You'll have many questions answered if you do. :-)
aedan819: Some reports say that this mod works with Skip the Fade. However, I'm not sure up until what point this may cause trouble with some dialogs or not... the best way to find out is to try it yourself. I don't see any reason why other dialogs would be affected by skipping that part. (But make no mistake, this mod depends on you visiting certain areas; the fade just happens not to be one of the required ones).

From experience: Skip the fade works, just don't take Rory with you to Mages Tower. If you take, he disappears in Fade, 'cos he is not added to Skip the Fade-mod. So just don't take him there. Of course, if you take, you will get him back when you come from Fade. But in Fade you would have only 2 companions. So it is best not to take him there at all, and you can skip the fade with style.

TaHol: But but but... then you'll miss Rory's comments... ;_;
Meh, nevermind. He doesn't like the Mages Tower either and wants to leave asap (and says so in game :-))
Thank you for the info! Very useful indeed! :-D

I know! The comments are the best! But the fact is that this mod is not completely compatible with skip the fade-mod, but fade can be skipped. And Rory can be taken to Mages Tower, but then you will have only 2 companions in fade. But...I don't know if there is a possibility to change party just before go to fade? I know party can be changed when you come back from fade, I took Rory back in that point.

I got the mod finally working properly in my game, hoorah! Well, I had to reinstall the whole game first - but what I wouldn't do for our Roland! :o))

cjqnsnyc: Thank you! :-) We are on try outs for a new voice. Thing is, it's A LOT of work, more than 1600 lines of text for an (unpaid) actor! But we'll get there, no doubt about that! :-)
aedan819: Thank you! :-D Yes, voice issue. But he WILL have a voice, we just have to wait a bit for it.
About warriors... you are totally right. It would have been awesome if Roland was a mage, but that's the way it turned out. I must say that from the mages in game, none of them captured my attention as much as Roland did.
geeman531: He should! You might have installed a conflicting mod. Please check what you have installed, if you have any other companion mod, you must deactivate it. Please try to reinstall the mod (and make sure you're playing B2), and get Roland back in Lothering (use a savegame before you go to Lothering for the first time).
Hope it works!!
Neferit: Yay!! I'm so glad it's finally working for you! Hope you enjoy it!! :-)
