I have not played skyrim In ages. I got skyrim download off steam again got Nexus Mod Manager and said that I removed mods with out uninstalling them now I'm here asking for help. Its stuck on one mod and it just says uninstalling mods does not move and it make me end it by having to use the task manager.

Did you install NMM on your new computer? Or copied it from the old computer? Steam will download saved games onto your new computer when you install Skyrim on it, if you're setup that way (it's the default). So the saved games will have mod scripts hiding inside them. I don't know if NMM looks at saved games for mod info?
