So I've made some mistakes with my party, and I'd like to respec several members. So, for the first time, I do a search for mods and I found one that allows you to respec. So, I download the file and unzip it, but when I attempt to open it, I get the following message:
Cannot find "DAUpdater.xml" file.
Does this mean anything to anyone? I'm totally stuck, unable to proceed further.

go to start and type in SERVICES.MSC.
Make sure the Dragon Age updater service is runner. But you really should be using the DAOModManager. It's a lot easier and friendlier than the regular DAZIP installer.
