i play elder scrolls 3 on x-box.
i recieved the construction contact to start a village /and or house. how do i get started?

the construction contracts are involved with stronghold quests u can get from the various great houses once u achieve sufficient rank, hlaalu, telvanni, and redoran. they basically give u a tiny village of about 3 houses, one of those houses being urs. where did u get the construction contract from? if u bought it from the guy on the lower level of the hlaalu vaults then its for the hlaalu stronghold

The Redoran one is avaible from Duke Vedam(?) Dren in Ebonheart (the dunmer guy with the ebony armour). If you have a low rep you may need to up his disposition to get him to give it to you.

For House Telvanni, find the stronghold builder in the Council hall in Sadrith Mora - she's in the lowest basement.

the construction contract has to be retrieved from duke vdram dren(right spelled? ) and hlaalu's stronghold builder is in Balmora, in the hlaalu cuncil chambers

Or to put it in one, organized jumble:
At a certain point in the stronghold quests, someone tells you you need a stronghold to advance further. This requires a construction constract from the duke, and If you are in Hlaalu, an additional piece of paper saying you own the land.(5 grand gone for you Hlaalu) You then bring it t the contractor for your house. The Hlaalu one in the Balmora Hlaalu council, Redoran is Galsa Gindu in the Redoran council Hall, ald Skar, the Telvanni one is at the bottom of the large Telvanni building, in the Heritage
