What is the purpose of the Unicorn? Is there a specific quest pertaining to it? That horse is not as fast as the black horses and it goes pyscho when you draw your weapon. Also what does the staff of words do??? I have it but it serves little purpose in battle...

The Unicorn is part of Hircine's shrine quest.

You mean the Staff of Worms - It's not a battle weapon...more of a post-battle weapon. It lets you ressurect corpses of NPC's for 30 seconds...

Hehe the staff of worms is in reality useless unless you enjkoy walking around with a bunch of dead people... The unicorn though... I don't know. its in a quest and not that good. Maybe its just for the looks...

I must disagree about the Staff of Worms being useless. It really depends on what you bring back. If you rez a mage, they tend to be a lot more helpful then a fighter.

I got a mod that increases the Staff of Worm's rez timer from 30 sec to 5 min and it does help using a corpse to carry loot as well. It beats making a lot of trips back and forth, just pile everything on a corpse and make the dead guy carry it all!

I hope the unicorn respawns because I used it to get imperial legion armor and silver longsword and then killed it, the horn is worthless.

What do you mean by attacks you when you draw your weapon? Does that happen only before you ride on it? No point in keeping it if you take it for a ride in the wilderness just to run into some wolfs. You dismount the unicorn to protect it and draw out your weaoon... then unicorn betrays you and helps wolfs to kill you.

The two daedric quest rewards are useless. Hircine is useless for heavy armour players and mora quest stat increase is useless - just level up a lot. Unicorn = eye candy = everyone admires your unicorn when you ride past them = ?|

Why doesn't the unicorn have wings? I've always wanted wings... maybe a super jump and slowfall as effect for the wings. Lol. Jumping down from the mountains and slowfalling past Bruma so everyone watches your unicorn fly.

Pegasus was the flying horse. Unicorns never has wings. In some mythologies the only people who could ride them were virgins.
