I was talking in vanilla, in Better Vampires there is a spell that makes you teleport too, the cloak effect sounds good, I didn't mention it because I though you were gonna say that's OP. because a cloak that drains health to restore your own seems like something broken. I was talking about the sprint thing because when Itachi fights, he transforms into crows and reassemble, something just like the Vampire Lord sprint.

I think it was discussed before but more along the lines of when you got hit being teleported away in a flurry of crows that would confuse enemies but that sounds script-heavy.

The Bats power is basically still a teleport, short-range, but a teleport.
Rather leave that for Shisui.
Meanwhile the Night Cloak isn't something Itachi would use, he doesn't suck people's health out, but it could be used to replace Draconian Methods and people who come near get struck with Fear.
That way Shisui has Draconian Methods and he has a Fear cloak.

I guess the main problem to communicate is having issues understanding what the other meant to say...
you though I said something different, and I though you meant something else. not sure if is because of the language.

Keep in mind that what I'm saying is "Replace Draconian Methods with a Fear Cloak for Itachi, keep Draconian Methods for Shisui" not to give him an additional power.
