Well, I sort of think of her as mixed-race (white + East Asian) and was trying to reflect that but you can judge for yourself how successful I was.

Did you ever find out how to fix it Delsana? I am currently out of ideas. There has to be a way though. I certainly hope someone will get back to us on this.

I figured it out. Did you manually install or do you have mod manager?

So this mod makes more of the white npc's darker and vice versa? Honestly it's a bit weird, I mean one think that the climate of Ferelden is incapable of producing those complexes/races in that variety. It's a cool idea though.

No, I haven't made any NPCs paler-skinned. If you pay attention while playing the game though, there are a small number of characters in the vanilla game who could easily be read as East Asian or black (Anora's maid, a woman in the Denerim marketplace, one of the guards in Amaranthine, etc.) though some of the skin tones I use are darker than any available in the vanilla game. Also, if you assume that Ferelden is vaguely based on Europe, in real-world medieval Europe people did travel, and some Moors (from Africa) did live there, even some in northern Europe. Plus we know that some characters are from other countries - Leliana, Zevran, Oriana from the Human Noble origin, etc. So it's not unrealistic for Ferelden to be racially diverse to some extent even if you assume that it's too small of an area for the native ethnic groups to look so different.
Though to be quite honest, I didn't make this out of a devoted passion for realism, but for fantasy and escapism's sake. Isn't that why we're all here?
