Shadowheart328
I am working on a new mod and I am curious as to how I could display the players actor values (basically their skills: like destruction level) in the text of a book. I was reading up on text replacement on the wiki, but it still kinda confuses me, I am a scripter by trade so if it does require scripting just let me know what to do and I should have no problem replicating it via papyrus. Thank you for your help!! EDIT: I am thinking that I may find out how to do this if I can find the quest/script that displays the player skill level when it increases, but I do not know where to find that. lofgren
If you know how to script and you know how to use text replacement, that's basically the sum total of what you need to do this. Just store the PC's skill value in a global and reference the global in your book with text replacement.
