Excellent Mod! I was skipping too fast with Zevran Dialogue and when Alistar dumped me, I want to start wooing Zevran. Yet, no matter how many times I tried rescuing him from Talissen, there is only the line "I consider you a friend, as well" appeared, instead of "I think of you as more than a friend."
After I download your mod but this problem still happen. I assume the folder "Zevran Main Fixes" is targeting at this problem? Would it because I have other mod that incompatible with this mod?

The current mod I have are:
Improved Atmosphere
Equal Love
Additional Hairs for DA (Part 1)
Pineappletree's Vibrant Colors 1_31
More_Hairstyles

Can you help me to look into this problem?? I was trying to save Zevran for the last but didnt expect his romance cannot be triggered. many thanks.

I tried to delete all the other mod except yours but the problem still exist. Am I missing any prerequisite mod? thanks. =)

That's not a problem or conflict, that's the way the game is set up. There are three or four opportunites in his dialogue to start a romance and if you missed all those, then you are out of luck. Nothing to fix. The line you refer to (as I understand it) only appears if you have already started a romance with him. I think the wiki has a list of his dialogues and how to start a romance with him, but if you've already had all those conversations, that's it.

Actually you can always click on him (in camp only I think) and select "Do you stare at everyone like that". You'll have an opportunity to start a romance with him in the following conversation.
The "I think of you as more than a friend" line is, indeed, romance only. Which is sad, really - it would make a great starter.

That's true, as long as you haven't already had that conversation. Once you select it, whether or not you start a romance or not, it disappears. And the approval has to be high enough for it to appear, warm, maybe? I'm not sure.

It does sounds like it should start a romance, doesn't it? lol

If that line is not appearing, that means that earlier in the game you cut the romance options off with him. With Zevran, if you say you're not interested, you don't get another chance. Anyway, "I think of you as more than a friend," IS a romance starter, and it actually is not really appropriate when already in a romance due to Zevran's response. In ZDF, I did add make that conversation branch differently if the romance is already active so a romanced warden can also get the dialog a friend gets there, which is pretty amazing. However, if the romance isn't active and is not cut off, that line will appear and it starts the romance, both in the vanilla game and in ZDF. You have to have made it that far in his dialogs without cutting off the romance, though, which actually is very difficult to do.

Okay, so I only just downloaded this mod for the first time. I've played DAO many times but this is the first one with mods...

I found that when trying to kiss Zev while you're outside the camp, will trigger banter/remarks from the other companions, but they have no audio, just subtitles...

Is it meant to be like this, or am I experiencing a problem?

Oh, you must have downloaded the Dialog Tweaks version of ZDF, but you don't have Dialog Tweaks installed. You want the version that goes with the vanilla game. Dialog Tweaks adds the kiss anytime and companion jealousy comments. If you want to be able to kiss Zevran at any time but not get the comments, you need to use my mod, Zevran Kisses.

I can't get the game to register this mod no matter what I do. I've tried installing it with the Nexus Mod Manager, and also manually. I get confirmation from the NMM that it installed properly, but it just won't show up in the game's list of installed content.

I am running the DAupdater version of Dialogue Tweaks, and the Morrigan Restoration Patch, and Improved Romance Scenes - Alistair as well, and I know for a fact that I have downloaded the correct version of ZDF to work with Dialogue Teaks, and that I have edited the appropriate files to make it compatible with IRS-A. I have checked and double-checked these details multiple times, so I can confirm that there is no issue there. So I really can't understand why the game refuses to play nice with your mod. I'd really like to play it. Any ideas?

In the event it actually is installed, just not showing up on my list of installed content, do you know of a way to check? I'm still in the Ostagar portion of the early game.

In response to post #8955098.

It won't show up in in the list -- that's just the nature of it being a manual installation. Provided it's in your override file, you're fine.

There's no real way to check in Ostegar since you're using IRS-Alistair (the one change to Ostegar that I do is in Alistair's main dialog file, of which you're using IRS-A's). However, IIRC, there are a couple of changes to Leliana in Lothering. If you recruit her early, then get rude to the Mother there, you should see Leliana react and have appropriate negative approval.

However, unless there's a mod conflict, ZDF should be fine. My installation instructions should give it priority over other mods unless you have done another manual install to that override folder.

I hope this helped!
