In response to post #8955098. #8960444 is also a reply to the same post.

Thank you! Based on this it probably was fine the first time; I was just convinced there was a problem since the game confirmed all the other mods but not this one. I'll reinstall it and see how it goes. =)

Mod worked great! No problems with install. Used with DAO Ultimate - saw none of the issues you mentioned. Thanks!

Had to wait till near endgame to see the changes, but it worked! Thank you, I no longer had to hear Alistair talking about "this is what I get for being king" when I didn't make him king. D:< Thank you for the mod, it really helped in fixing up those dialogue bugs! Endorsed!

Great mod, must have been a lot of work.
But I have to say this language issue is kind of disappointing. Not that I don't understand English, but this mix-up of two languages is... irritating... and affects the atmosphere while playing.
However, since I plan to have a romance with Zevran I think I should use the mod anyway. Maybe I will get used to it... ^^

In response to post #10036471.

There is nothing I can do about the language issue, unfortunately. It's not that I wouldn't like to make a localized version -- it's that the way I had to make many of the repairs makes it impossible.

Thank you! I heard about this mod from you on Bioware Social Network. I had played DA: O on PS3 and the dialog bugs in the vanilla game really bothered me. This was the first mod I downloaded when I got DA: O for PC :) It's amazing and I recommended it to a few of my friends!

I've found that the alistair_main files are causing my game to crash on occasions in which Alistair has the option to speak a line of dialogue it unlocks.

Upon meeting him in Ostagar, the game crashed consistently when the "grumpy mage" finished his first line. I then removed the alistair_main files and the conversation was able to continue as normal. Having reinstated the files after the conversation, the game now crashes each time Alistair says "Yes?" when I enter into dialogue with him. The conversation with Duncan by the fire goes fine, though, which suggests it's something to do with Alistair's extra line regarding the Joining that I've read this mod unlocks.

The two alistair_main files from this mod are definitely the only ones in my override directory. Any idea how I can fix this?

In response to post #10282477.

Huh, that's odd. I've never had that happen to me, nor has it been reported by anyone else. Since there are no modded scripts used at that point (at least not in my mod), I can't imagine why a dialog choice would crash a game. It seriously is just a matter of switching a flag. Even a mod conflict shouldn't cause a crash.

Do you have any other mods installed by chance? Not only manual overrides, but through an installer? Even though a conflict between alistair_main installed in different areas shouldn't cause a crash, if someone edited a script file in a different mod, maybe that could cause an issue. I honestly don't know since I've never come across that so it isn't anything reproducible on my end.

Are you using the most current patch level?
