I recently reinstalled morrowind to find that it will not start up, It just goes into a loop of launching the launcher when I press play.

I've tried reinstalling, Deleting files and verifying on steam and other things but none have worked

Try next thing: Go to Steam folder > stemapps > "your account's name" or folder named "common" > Morrowind folder. There must be Morrowind Launcher.exe and Morrowind.exe. Start the Morrowid.exe (not Morrowind Launcher.exe it's important!).
