I have her at adore, and when I try to talk to her about "us" all I can get is tell her she is the best thing that happened to me.

I got the first kiss from her awhile, back, but now there is nothing to get her side quests or anything else.

You can't go further than that in her romance until you complete her side-quest. After that, she'll invite you to bed. I believe that you can never kiss her at that point, lol.

Where do I go to get her side quest. I'm almost done with the game and I can't find anywhere else to go. She's been in my party the whole time.

You get her side quest from a random encounter in which you're attacked by assassins. You have to have talked to her about Marjolaine by this point. Link has more info: Clicky

Never did and don't know get that option. WTF.

I did all the conversation I could with her too.

I believe the dialogue trees are messed up with Leliana, so that you don't get certain conversation options if you raise your approval with her too quickly by giving gifts. IIRC theDialogue Tweaks mod corrects this problem.

* Added a mage-specific option to Leliana's dialogue regarding elves; elf mages have an option to tell her they remember nothing before the Circle Tower
* Added a "kiss" option to Leliana when at Adore or Love approval; available anywhere, plays kiss scene animation
* Includes party banter when kissing Leliana
* Asking Leliana to bed will always play the sex scene
* Leliana sings: addition of a dialogue option to ask Leliana to sing her song again
* PC will no longer lose access to dialogue options if approval is raised too quickly
* Adjustments to Leliana's post-Marjolaine dialogue (see readme for details)
* Condition added to Leliana's "kiss" so the option is only available if she has confessed her feelings for the PC
* Two rather blunt options during the "hair" conversation with female PCs will prevent Leliana from later confessing love (see readme for details)
