I have steam, so the root directory is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\dragon age origins is that right?
The my documents override path is C:\Users\pokemonpearl\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override but I think that is right.
EDIT: Victory!!!! I got working! Thank you soooooo much Terra! Your awesome for sticking with me.

I think the issue is that you have the Steam version of the game. I've heard a lot of reports of people not being able to get mods working with the Steam version of the game. Your paths look correct to me, but I have no experience with the Steam version of Dragon Age unfortunately. People have discussed it in the forums so maybe there's some information in there.
But yeah, if you have got chargenmorphcfg.xml files your "My Documents" override directory, the program should find them.
Edit: Glad you got it working

every time I try to run the Compiler I get an error message saying could not load file or assembly 'System.Core, Version=3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKey Token=b77a5c561934e089' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
any help you could give would be appreciated.
thanks

I don't know if this will help anyone but I'm running a PC version "Collectors Edition standlone CD install"
Anyway, when I first installed this mod it showed it was pointing to the correct path however I still got the dreaded error message of wrong path. All I did was navigate to the path again and it worked. Just because it says it is the right path for some reason initaially it didn't recognize it. Once I redit all was fine.
