I am a Nord warrior trying to get a full suit of Daedric armor. I've succeded for all but the helmet and gloves. Things is, I didn't find that armor in the gates of Oblivion, I found it on mauraders and bandits. Why does this happen? And why can I not remove Daedric armor from Daedra? WTF!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Because the developers thought it would be funny to watch us starting these threads and asking these questions, that's why.

Maybe Dremoras are too lazy to forge real Daedric armor, so they buy plastic armor instead (from ACME, of course!).

The answer is simple. Most Dremora don't wear Daedric armour until you get to the high levels. They wear Dremora armour which is unplayable and looks exactly the same as Daedric armour.
