CTD around data intensive areas and travelling

I'm somewhat of a beginner to modding but I've had a decent setup for a while and now I've successfully installed around 113 mods (some of them data intensive like Interesting NPCs and COT). I even installed a functional ENB setup (Realvision) that was aided by ENBoost to fit within my PC's specs. (8GB ram, 2GB nvidia graphics card, AMD 3.6Ghz)

This was working well for a while until I started getting CTDs more frequently. It seemed to occur most frequently when travelling on horse, approaching Windhelm (notorious for high data usage) during the "Blade in the Dark" quest, or passing other data intensive areas. Doing a stress test resulted in an almost immediate CTD.

I tried installing Safety Load by Kapaer (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/46465/?) and Memory Blocks Log by sheson (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50471/?) as potential solutions for this problem. Though safety load did help with the Infinite Loading screens and freezes, I'm fairly sure that it resulted in more CTDs (but it did help eliminate Infinite loading screens in earlier saves). Memory Blocks log doesn't seem to be doing anything so far and I've been having trouble figuring out where to install it. (i'm not sure whether to install it in common\skyrim\data\SKSE\plugins or common\skyrim\SKSE\plugins - I have all the SKSE data there was no SKSE folder to begin with so I had to create one)

After exhausting other options, I tried editing the skyrimprefs.ini to the specifications in Umbrechts uGrids to load solution instructions (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/48387/?) but this resulted in no significant change in performance and CTDs were still frequent.

I also use mod organizer since it keeps my data mostly intact, but that may be complicating the memory logs data. Also I ran all my mods through loot and TESVEdit so I think I'm ok in terms of load order. I will be posting screenshots of my modlist, data directories, and skyrim and skyrimprefs ini files so that the error can more easily be identified.

You have the memory log plugin in the correct place. It shouldn't do anything by itself, what it should however do is create a log that might exist in your mod organizer overwrite folder. I would suggest you open and paste the first three lines of your log and the last three lines as well. If it crashes when one of the blocks approaches 256mb then we have the solution to yohr problem

Also which skse are you using? If it's one of the 1.7 ones you should create an skse.ini file there are some preconfigured ones to be downloaded here on nexus. If you use 1.6 versions you might need ssme patch otherwise it is included in 1.7 and need to be activated vie skse.ini by adding some lines. Also watch gopher video on ssme memory patch.

I am using 1.7 for SKSE. Any suggestions on skse.ini files on nexus? And I haven't gotten very far with gopher's video on SMME memory as he doesn't use MO and the install process isn't as relevant to me.

So the forums aren't letting me upload anymore screenshots atm. So here's the rest of my skyrimprefs.ini copied here. I will look over the responses after i get some shut-eye.

Well plugins can be installed as mods in case of mo as I am using it as well. Thats why in left pane of mo I would check if there isn't memoryblock.log or something like that. The mod was called skse in for lazy people just type skse in the mod researchfield and it should come right up. If I recall correctly yku could install it as mod as well.

Ok got this http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/51038

Gophers vid is still relevant in your case since just like skse it's plugins can be treated as a mod but they don't really have to be.

I cannot give you more details since Im at work and writing from my phone but it really seems to me to be like a memory block issue and if it is then it is really easy to do.
