I can honestly say that testing this mod made me happy in ways I can't really post here.
I'm glad to see it's out, even if it's still a beta.
Here's a hint: If you play a mage...

Happy to see this mod getting a public release. Will post feedback and endorsement later. Many thanks for putting in your energy and creativity to pull this impossible feat. Also, many thanks to those who tested the beta version.

A quick question before I head out to try this fearsome mod...when the description mentioned "...an unique NPC's & Creatures spell casting AI was designed"...should I interpret it as this mod add unique NPCs (similar to Fran's named boss) and creatures (with respawns) with unique AI and abilities but will not alter existing NPCs' behavior?

Signing off now. A thousand thanks. Seriously.

Awesome, I've been waiting for this mod for a while. One tip, though. Oblivion is a big game. You don't just tell people to find an NPC without a single hint besides the fact that he is a magician.

It's a hell of a lot more specific then that.
He's a Chronomacner. That shortens the list by ~100%, save for one NPC. Thus, you only have to know who is the Chronomancer in Vanilla. Here's a hint: There are none outside the isles. And there is only one in SI, and he's in New Sheoth. In Earls Mysteries, the magic shop in Crucible.
Am I being obvious enough, or are there still people who don't know who I'm talking about?

Yay, first release. Beta testing this was both fun and frustrating for me :P

And pcrodis, it means that random NPCs and monsters will cast these spells. They won't cast them all over the place because they're restricted like the player is...however, this means that even MMM monsters or whatever will use these spells too.

and lol YX33A: Maybe a bit too obvious :)

An interesting mod here. How does this work with other magic systems such as LAME and Magic Ehanced System?

And, omg, time stop! I used to hate coming upon a Lich because of that.
