I recently installed a new graphics card and decided to reinstall my messy Skyrim to clean out all the mods I've built up over the years and install the mods I wanted. I am using Kountervibe ENB with the latest ENB binaries and experienced a weird problem with the sun glare. The sun glare flashes and the lens flare is very intensive.
