Try anything with the 102 or 119 enb files. I get 60 fps with the following enbs:

CLENB (Cinematic Lighting)

www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/4142/

Zoners High Performance

www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/15551/

Project Matso

www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/25451/

Performance and Quality

(is currently under review, but I can send the files if you want to try it out)

There are a few more that just escaped my mind, I will tell you if I remember them.

I'd like the link for the Performance and Quality. The others look nice and I will try them. Thanks.

bump

Why are you bumping it? Are you saying that you're still looking for ENBs? Did none of the previously mentioned ones work for you? If so, then I'd say from your system specs that you probably shouldn't be using an ENB at all. You could try something like Immersive Saturation Boost or FXAA Post Process Injector though.
