First time modding lighting - will my setup run this?

Hello all,

 

Im a little new to Skyrim modding, but decided to get into it for reasons I think we can all agree upon - some things in Skyrim look just downright terrible.

 

Now im wanting to mod my lighting and atmosphere effects similar to what is done here:

My only question is, how taxing on my system will this be? keep in mind I am not using full 1080p, right now I am ony at 720p, and Im running vanilla Skyrim butter smooth with all settings on ultra, max anti-aliasing, max antistropic filtering (pardon me if spelling is incorrect), and FXAA enabled. Unsure of how to check FPS ingame, but I have no visual lag currently (maybe a small 'hiccup' every now and then but I'm unsure whats causing it).

 

Here is my setup:

Intel Core i5 3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz

8GB DDR3 RAM

EVGA GeForce GTX 560Ti 1GB

Biostar TOverclocker Z77 XE3 Motherboard

Antec DF-85 case

Coolermaster CPU cooler
