Skyrim crash to desktop. Please help?!

I have several mods installed. When I click the SKSE launcher it loads the game shows the Bethesda logo and than crashes. I was playing yesterday with all the same mods and everything just fine, I don't know what happened. Here are the mods I'm currently running and their load order:

I tried using BOSS but I don't really understand how it works.

Crashing at the bethesda logo 9 times out of 10 means that a mod is missing a master file (.esm) and therefore crashes the game. BOSS is no longer supported, and it might not pick up on newer mods that are having this issue. I would give LOOT a try. You can find it just by Google.
