Alright so I recently just finished lonesome road and I was heading back to the hideout (I store almost everything of value in here) to deposit my goodies, I was excited to put the armors and weapons on display. I went into the armory and stored the weapons and the ammo and headed to the display room. I installed CONALRAD radio just before doing this (if that has any relevance to the crashes) and I saw no CONALRAD radio on my pip boy, weird. I stored my riot armors and I tried leaving the display room. The roulette spins for a minute then the game crashes. I tried again and it crashes, yet again. I try reloading a save prior, right after the ending of lonesome road and I crashed in like 5 minutes. So then I tried these:

1. I teleported to the systems room (which worked) and did that "purge buffing" thing from heidi. Doesn't work.
2. I tried killing my character which resets the autosave, didn't work either, couldn't leave.
3. I teleported to new vegas and I could walk around and move, then I fast traveled to the hideout and crashed when I tried opening the entrance.
4. I reinstalled the whole thing and it still crashes.

Please help guys, I have so many items in there and I loved displaying them, I still have a lot to play in the game and I don't want my game to end there. Please help.

TLDR: Game crashes when I try to enter main room of hideout, help?

I am having the exact same issue, been looking and looking, and all I find are people calling out for aid on this very issue, but zero answers. I only had it for one day before this started with me, and am very not happy with this seemingly unanswered flaw.

I'm becoming increasingly saddened by this because I just want access to my items to finish the last DLC. Just recently I tried starting my game from a previous file pre-end of lonesome road and now even that file crashes whenever I try to go somewhere, not sure if its related to UH or not. Please help.

Guys, if UHO, is the cause of your problems, and I myself can say its caused me a few problems over the years, one possible solution is to stand outside the entrance, or inside if you can, and do a purge cell buffer. There is course, no way to tell if your problems have any relation to UHO or not. In my cases, its very clear. I try to enter UHO-and game crashes. Case closed. But a lot of times, people with Modded Bethesda games, often blame the wrong mod, or suspect a cause completely unrelated to there problem. I know, I have done it myself-even recently even though you would think I would know better after all this time. Further examination(that it to say screwing around endlessly for hours on end), often times reveals a completely different cause than Mod 'X'. Do a PCB and see what happens.....

Fast travel crashes its safe to say, have little to do with UHO. I am curious to know what you haven't simply disabled the mod and tried travelling to verify?

Mebantiza, I just tried doing what you told me and unchecked UHO and explored a bit and it worked. I then reinstalled UHO and it worked, but it had to basically restarted everything. So all my food, items, weapon collection, etc are gone. Then I reloaded from the save file prior to depositing my items and I couldn't enter again, fallout stopped responding. All I want to do at this point is just take all my stuff from the armory and display room at this point because it seems my foodstuffs and water supply are long gone from here. For me, UHO just won't let me enter the main room.
