I think I have a problem with Punks

So, tonight I got home from work and started playing skyrim.

 

I went to mine some gold and then went back to Markarth to craft some jewelry to make some honest septims, after making some I went to the understone keep to enchant some of those jewels just to get some more septims for them, thats when I noticed something...

 

In the flags at the entrance of the Keep some punk kid with green paint just wrote Markarth in the flags...

 

 

No, seriously, I think I may have some problem with my load order, I've been using Loot to sort my Load Order, maybe that is the problem, I like Loot a lot because it improved my game stability (some bugs tho, but no CTD's constantly). So, anyone willing to help me improve my LO with Loot, and to identify this texture problem, to You, I will thank you... A lot.

First of all that wasn't painted free hand,that was stenciled..... :p You're joking right?

I'd say you have a wonderful load order and your character has very nice hair. ;)

Yeah, Kids this days only use stencils, they don't know how to writte something XD, I think I will be trowing some banners replacers and see if that fixes my banner problem.

Btw, thanks about the hair, is in SG Hairpack, I think, and well, my game doesn´t look that ugly, but apparently steam took my screenshot in jpg, will be changing that later too.

So those are from an actual mod,i thought you were joking.

I tried to find that SG hair mod looks like it's been removed from the Nexus.

These "Markarth" banners are vanilla stuff, but never used in the game. There are 4 "CityBannerMarkarth" in the data folder with the green graffiti on it. Some modder must have made use of them in their mod :P

Yeah I was just reading that in some reddit topic, I´ll check, but it is strange because I have quite a lot of time playing and going back and forth in all of markarth, and just noticed that problem last night. Anyway, I found some fancy banner replacers I would like to install. Thank you very much for the replies :D
