The ATI version leads to skyrim crashing and getting the message: Error: ENBseries: Invalid shader enbfixshader.txt

Did you try to use without enb? Its possible to be a compatibility problem with enb.

without enb i get a black screen, the Nvidia version works with ENB, but with lots of missing effects like sunglare, ssao and the sun itself is missing

Thanks, first of all, for your efforts.
The current main files of your mod page contain 'd3d9.dll's (one for ATI and one for NVIDIA), but the readme's inside these main files still refer to an (I presume) edited 'HialgoBoost.ini'-file, which I can't find anywhere in your uploaded files. They also refer to both your edited 'skyrim.ini' and 'skyrimpref.ini' files, which are available only in one of the optional files. I never used older versions of your mod, so I am a bit confused.
