[Retribution]

After I play some games, I get sound errors and performance errors. It usually doesn't happen, and the time it takes it to happen is different every time. Sometimes it seems as if when there is a specific sound repeating, it starts happening. For instance, it happened in Oblivion after I stood next to a character practicing a shock spell for a while, and it happened in Just Cause 2 yesterday when multiple enemies were shooting at me with the same gun. It could be a coincidence, I'm not sure. Sometimes exiting the game makes it run fine again, sometimes not. If it starts, and I immediately exit the game, shut down my computer, then turn it back on immediately and start the game up, the errors are gone. I can't really describe the sound error, but if I had to, it would be something like when a radio or TV has terrible reception, not just static. It's kind of like an electronic sound, and when it happens, I will always have performance hiccups, at the same time as the sound error.
