Makes no sense how when I take off the clothes of a female they're naked but the men are still clothed

There are multiple mods that alter the clothing / body for males and females. One very popular male body replacer is called Breezes New Vegas Males (http://www.nexusmods...egas/mods/35451).

 

A bit of searching on the Nexus can yield great results.
