I wanted some input on this, since "BMG" sounds cooler in my opinion than the expanded version.

I think the main reason Obsidian used abbreviations was due to limited space in the Pipboy UI display. If that's the case, might as well stick to a consistent naming convention "BMG" "Gov't" anyways since they both are how the bullets are labelled and imprinted on real ammunition.
