Dear All,

First of all, I´ve already researched this topic all through the forum and the internet and posting the result of what I´ve tried so far.

I´m playing Dragon Age, for the first time as a dwarf noble. In the origin of the character I got involved with Mardy. When I return to Orzammar, I´ve met her and she told me I had a son, which started ´Of Noble Birth´ quest. When I crowned Harrowmont (betraying behlen, by the way, trough ´Shifting Allegiances´), I´ve told him that I´va had a son and asked him to do something for him. He, in response, accepted him into his house.

I´ve gone to see Mardy and tell her the good news. She even gave me the choice to give the son a name. But the dialog keeps repeating again and again. Even more, the quest appear as failed in the journal.

I´ve tried:
- Redoing quest steps, no result;
- manually changing the savegame through toolset, altering the SAVEGAME_JOURNAL_TEXT on the SAVEGAME _JOURNAL_ACTIVE_LIST to several options on the journal, to try a proper state before crowning him. No result;
- I found the orz300_nobhunter plot script, which describes quest states, but don´t know where or how to alter then in savegame, which could be a way to fix it.;
- Comparing savegame states between different savegames.

So far no result.

In the Dragon wikia there´s a reference that this quest is bugged, but for non-dwarven nobles character. But I found references of people exeriencing the same problem.

Question 1 - Is there an easy way to solve it?
Question 2 (a bit more complex) - Does anyone know where in the savegame file structure the quest states are described, so I could alter it manually?

Thanks for any response,

Marcus
