Is there any way to craft 2mm ec ammunition?

When looking at the source for the 2mm ec and the guass rife, It said I could find recipes for the ammunition in Marcus's room or the bos workshop. I could not find blueprints in either. Is it possible to craft 2mm ec in Project Nevada?

Go to a work bench & look under conversion. You should find several types that can be converted to 2mm EC. You need a sufficient science skill.
