Messy Kill animations: Axes/mauls and maces get ripped off...

but I am sure others have noticed that whilst swords have 4 different animations, mauls and axes (and maces) only have two which are shared with swords.

Why can't axes also decapitate for example?

Why are there these limits?

Is there any modding genius that can fix this? You know, make a maul animation with the head being squished (exploded)...ah well.

Does anyone else have this problem?

I've actually thought about putting in a mod request for this, but considering how difficult animations are to do with the current partially working tools, I figured that I'd wait on it for a while.

I've been using a messy kill mod, and have noticed a massively huge difference between messy kill rates between daggers, and swords. No messy kill with axes, or greatswords. (tho that may be the two handed to one handed mod I'm using, that's causing that).
I honestly dont get that. I mean, it would be a heck of a lot easier to lop off a head with a sword, or axe than it would be with a KNIFE!

Speaking of animations, the death blows need some work too. They are pretty much all the same. Have you ever seen somebody plunge a maul blunt end first, into an ogre's head? The idea of it is kinda stupid. Same with the Axes. My 2nd warrior used axes, and I always hated how the death scene looked using them.

I use a mod that always gives you messy kills but like I said; axes and maces get ripped off; dagger/long sword=decapitation one swing, stab+decapitation, one slash, three slashes; everything else just slashes...
