I have tried everything to kill them even tried using a fatman to kill enemies. They don't take any damage. I tried to kill from Caesar's legion troops to a freeside thug , none of them took any damage. I could still kill enemies in Old World Blues but the problem seems to be with enemies wearing Project Nevada armor, so I am guessing it is a problem with that but I don't want uninstall the Equipment Mod.
