[I Am That Is Matthias]

Shadow all so seeing the smoke walks towards it. He shouts to Aleene. " hey pike woman, this look familiar to you?"

Shadow's comment instantly draws Alenee's attention from the smoke. The memories of the disaster flash through her mind, and in that moment, she comes far close to losing all control. Closing the distance between them, she slams the shaft of her now pike form weapon into his chest, shoving him into the wall. She steps back slightly, brining the point into his face as she does so. After a brief pause to let him realize the hopelessness of his situation, Alenee speaks in a voice filled with cold fury. "Don't you ever speak to me like that again. You come dangerously close to a fatal insult to my honor. If you dare mention that incident again I will kill you as painfully as the cowards responsible." She waits a moment for him to understand, then gives him a final shove and walks back over to Akkli. She points to the cloud of smoke. "See that? The vampire swords produced it as well. Deadly stuff, especially where there's no clear air to dissipate it. We'd better be careful if we're going in any farther."

"Deadly? Deadly how?" Akkli asks.

She waits a moment for him to understand, then gives him a final shove and walks back over to Acoran. She points to the cloud of smoke. "See that? The vampire swords produced it as well.

My character is Akkli, I'm Acoran...just metioning it.

"You can't breathe. Its survivable for a bit, but get too much and you'll die. Trust me, I found out the hard way..." the painful memories pause her response briefly, and a bit of the well concealed fury surfaces. "I guess its a chance we'll have to take. I at least, have business here that not even my own death can keep me from."

"Ah, I see. Well, I can hold me breath for a decent piriod of time...Does it affect your eyes at all, I'd hate to go through and not be able to come back if it is too thick, just 'cause i can't see...." Akkli mentions.

OOC:I said 'light covering'... It's not that thick, and it only hovers around the ceiling.

YOu all hear the 'clink clink clink' of an Argonian's feet. Before you can react, you see an argonian walk into view. It stares at you for a second, than runs at you. Since it's eyes are not pale white, It seem's to be a cattle. It waves it's slave bracer at you, almost pleading you to get it off. Strangely, It hasn't said one word.

"Ah...come here..." Akkli says slowly. "Why can't you speak? Is somethign wrong wiht your tonge?"

Shadow also seeing the Argonian wlaks towards him. "whats the matter why can't you speak?" Shadow tries to open the Argonians mouth.

As Shadow reaches toward the argonian, it bites into his hand. It grinds at the hand with his teeth, and leaves a deep gash before letting go. It seems the teeth cut Shaodws wrists, and he is now bleeding to death.

He then opens his mouth to Akkli, and he sees that the Argonian has no tongue, only a small stub.
